I am finally starting up my new live journal account since I haven't been around for so long.  My old livejournal name still shows on my account since I could not change it.  For anyone who cares, Mennolly is a character from one of my favorite collection of books (the Pern series by Anne McCaffrey).  I adore anything written by Anne McCaffrey, but the Dragon Rider and Harper Hall series of books are my favorties by her.

Why am I here?  I am mostly here because I love to read fanfiction from many different fandoms and livejournal seems to be the place to find some of the best.  I can't write, but I do love reading other people's work and I am looking forward to finding many new fanfiction writers.  I will try to be good and leave comments since in the past I have not always been the best person for that.  I am a little shy when it comes to such things and I always feel as if my comments are not deep enough or that I don't express myself well, but I will try.
